REHAB & DESIGN
In July 2019, I bought an all brick two-family flat from the Detroit Land Bank Authority for $10k. Built in 1922, “Augustine” had been abandoned for almost 20 years at the time I got my hands on her. Over the next 15 months, I worked with my contractor to rehab the property. While I still have work to do, “Augustine” has come so far. Follow me on my rehab and design journey.

My house was featured in Brussels’ Knack Weekend Magazine. See the article by Trui Moerkerke.
If you are contemplating a rehab, planning an interior design project, have questions about my experience with the land bank, or just like my aesthetics, contact me! I am happy to share my experiences. If a rehab and design meeting doesn’t quite meet your needs, check out my other service.
